Since 1993, they have produced a second wine, Overture. In 1989 a new winery was built just down the road, the first vintage from the new winery was from 1991 and was released in 1994. The actual red color comes from anthocyan pigments (also called anthocyanins) from the skin of the grape (exceptions are the relatively uncommon teinturier varieties, which produce a red colored juice).
